I have AcrobatReader 5.1. However, some History CD's complain they
need a higher version. Is there any higher verson of Reader that will
run under OS/2 - eComStation 2.1?

If so what is needed (i.e. extra files, etc. and installation tips)

Lucide will read an individual PDF but will not go deeper in recursive
trees of PDF's on these CD's

A newer verson of Reader is needed.

Hello

You could try this instead:

ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/qtapps/qpdfview-0_4_16-GA.zip

Hello
ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/qtapps/qpdfview-0_4_16-GA.zip
Better not, it doesn't support PDF index files. Only Acrobat Reader 3.01
for Windows 16bit (filename: rs16*301.exe) can do this stuff under
native OS/2.
